Smarter Klaviyo Connections, Made Simple
We’ve updated our data sources UI to better reflect how different platforms connect to Chord. Klaviyo is now supported through our own ingestion service—resulting in faster, more reliable messaging data access.
Also live: our new Klaviyo Messaging Module, which surfaces email and SMS performance alongside key commerce metrics to streamline campaign analysis.

OMS User Data Now in Sessions & Activities Explores: User data from your OMS available in the Orders explores are now available in the Sessions and Activities explores. In other words, we expanded user dimensions in the Sessions and Activities explores by providing the user dimensions that are currently exposed on the Orders explores in the Sessions and Activities explores.
User-Level Insights for First Orders & Product Views: We’ve added user sections to key explores so you can analyze first-order behaviors and product interactions with more granularity and ease.
