Your Monthly Chord Update: December 2025 Enhancements Inside

We closed out 2025 with a set of updates designed to keep your data flowing and your teams flying. December’s release brings thoughtful improvements to Copilot’s AI performance, easier Chord CDP set up tools, and a fresh round of new destination connections to help you activate data your way.

New Features and Improvements

AI Enhancements

We made a number of key enhancements to bring more clarity and context to Chord Copilot answers:

• Added a "Use Clarifier" toggle to Copilot Chat input. If this is turned on, Copilot's Clarifier Agent will ask additional follow-up questions to gain more context to your question to generate an answer.

• Brand users will also now be able to auto-submit clarified questions & skip review step in the Chord Copilot Clarifier flow.

• Lastly, we made improvements to show rich explanations when Copilot responds without SQL. This will provide additional background information on what data was used to answer your question.

Chord CDP Improvements

• Launched Environment Variable Configurations for CDP destinations. With this update, technical brand users will be able to configure specific environment variables on their destination connections and functions.

New Chord CDP Destination Connections

We launched four new CDP destinations that are ready for activation:

• Applovin - Axon

• Contentsquare (Hotjar)

• Northbeam

• Triple Whale

Bug Fixes

The Chord team completed a number of Chord CDP bug fixes, namely:

• Fixed environment variables disappearing when functions were being created/updated.

• Set a default value for GA4 autoPageView.

• Updated client-side validation for required fields.

• Improved conditional fields validation for Snowflake.
