Release Notes: June 30 – July 13, 2026
This release puts the spotlight on Chord AI. Answers are now easier to read and trust, grounded in your own business definitions, and backed by the data tables Chord AI used to get there. We also expanded analytics coverage with new attribution and reviews explores, added Braze configuration options, and cleared out a batch of workflow-blocking bugs.
New features
Chord AI
Chord AI answers grounded in your business logic
When a metric's definition lives in your analytics models rather than the raw warehouse, Chord AI now reads that definition live at query time and answers with your authoritative formula.
CDP
More Braze (Device Mode) configuration options
The Braze destination settings now expose SDK Authentication (initialize the Braze Web SDK with a signed token) and Eager SDK Initialization, both configurable directly from the destination editor.
Analytics
Created-orders Marketing Attribution explores
Two new attribution explores measure against all created orders rather than only completed ones, so attributed revenue ties out even when fulfillment lags real demand.
New Explores for Okendo Surveys and Reviews
New explores for Okendo surveys and reviews are now available for reporting and analysis.
Coming soon
Turn a Copilot answer into an audience. We're rolling out an Explore in Analytics action that lets you take a Copilot answer and build it into a reusable analytics explore and shareable audience you can sync to your connected destinations. Look for it to become available in the next week or two!
Improvements
Chord AI
A cleaner, answer-first experience
Copilot Next has been refreshed so the answer is the hero: the reasoning streams live, then auto-collapses into a quiet summary once the answer lands. A new color and icon system makes the context behind each answer legible at a glance, and loading states are now consistent from start to finish.
See Chord AI’s tool results in the chat
Expanding a step in a Copilot answer now reveals what each step returned, whether a compact SQL result table or a list of search hits, so you can check the evidence without leaving the conversation.
A more useful chat history
The Copilot history panel now shows chat owners, adds filters to narrow the list, and asks for confirmation before deleting a chat.
Fixes
Chord AI chat answers no longer cut off with an error when a data question takes a while to run; long-running queries now stream through to completion.
Chord AI Explores now render correctly when result columns have display names containing spaces, punctuation, symbols, or a leading digit.
Chord AI chats that use tools no longer create duplicate entries in the history panel.
On the Subscription Types page, the Schedule link now opens the assortment schedule instead of the subscription-type detail page.
Restored the scheduled refresh of integration access tokens (including Shopify, Google Ads, and SFMC), which had stopped running.
SFMC data delivery now works for customers who restrict access to specific source IP addresses.
