New features
Gorgias is now a fully supported data source
Gorgias connects through Chord's own ingestion, with credential setup in the Hub, modeled tables, and Analytics explores.
Added additional layer to CDP bot filtering
An additional layer of detection now sits on top of the existing bot filter, and what it catches is measurable rather than silently dropped. IP, user agent, and screen dimensions are also exposed in reporting, so new bot patterns can be identified and added without a warehouse query.
NetSuite reporting available
NetSuite data is now queryable in Analytics and Ask Chord rather than only landing in the data warehouse.
Shop Campaigns performance data
Chord now ingests Shop Campaigns performance from Shopify, bringing spend and results from Shopify's native ad platform into the same reporting as your other paid channels.
Shopify order channel labels
Orders now carry the readable sales channel name (Online Store, Point of Sale, Shop) so channel breakdowns no longer depend on matching internal app identifiers.
Webhook signature verification
Incoming identity webhooks are now verified with HMAC-SHA256, and requests with a missing or invalid signature are rejected before reaching storage.
Improvements
Amazon Ads account visibility
The Amazon DSP account ID now appears in the Amazon Ads destination details, so you can confirm which account your data is being sent to.
Fixes
Google Ads audience syncs can now be created from the Hub. Creation was previously rejected outright, forcing those syncs to be built outside Chord entirely.
Editing a sync whose source or destination sits beyond the first page of connections no longer fails on save or shows a blank connection in the summary.
Editing a sync no longer strips lookup references from its field mappings. Previously a change as small as renaming a sync's label could silently rewrite mappings to bare constants and make every subsequent run fail at the destination.
API keys for data activations now persist correctly instead of being dropped on save.
Subscription reporting no longer collapses to a single product per subscription for brands whose subscription feed reports one row per subscribed product.
Product IDs are no longer missing from daily subscription product metrics across subscription providers, including brands where the field was empty on every row.
Bundle attribute columns no longer appear twice in the Shopify line-item explore. Chord is now integrated with Shopify's native bundle structure, so bundle products and their component lines are read directly from Shopify.
Discount codes on Shopware orders now show the code the customer actually entered, rather than an internal list of evaluated pricing rules that looked populated but meant nothing.
