Chord Data Platform Release Update - Week of July 8, 2024
It's been a busy summer here at Chord and we have some exciting feature updates to the commerce data platform to share!
In case you missed it, we launched two new key features earlier this week - check out the announcements below:
Additionally, we made the following improvements:
Updated and streamlined user management capabilities on the commerce data platform. Check out our updated user management documentation here!
Created dedicated navigation links and pages for Data Sources and Data Activations. Previously, these features were grouped under a separate Integrations page.
Created a new data grouping on the left navigation panel for Chord Autonomy customers. Chord Autonomy customers will now see the following grouped section dedicated to all things data:
Autonomy Multi-tenant improvements:
Configurations data support released. These mappings (if enabled) can be customized by the customer and will be available in the Analytics explores. The following configurations are included in the initial release for Autonomy customers:
Variant Attributes - This configuration maps additional attributes per variant that may not be available in the OMS including product hierarchy and attributes like color, texture, and function.
Order Filter - This configuration applies specific conditions to flag orders in the Orders, Line Items, and Sales Explores.
Advertising Spend - This configuration enables you to include advertising spend for sources that are not able to be connected directly to the data pipeline - Podcasts, newsletters, etc.
Performance Multi-tenant improvements:
