Chord's New Predictive User Features
The Chord team is excited to announce our new predictive user features - Customer Lifetime Revenue (CLR) and Purchase Likelihood!
These powerful features are available to Chord customers who have, at minimum:
2,000 completed transactions and nine months of transaction history;
90 cumulative days containing transactions;
500 completed transactions from the last 90 days; and
Transactions completed in the past 30 days.
What is it?
CLR refers to the total amount of revenue an individual customer generates for a business throughout their entire relationship with the business.
Purchase Likelihood refers to the probability that an individual customer will make another purchase from a business in the future.
Both CLR and Purchase Likelihood are powerful segmentation tools to better understand likely future purchase behavior and brand engagement amongst different and diverse customer bases, and can aid in additional advanced reporting as outlined in our operator documents.
How should I use it?
Chord customers who meet the minimum transaction history criteria above can access these features via Looker, within the new beta Predictive dashboard and in the Users Explore. Chord customers can analyze revenue predictions and then activate them in marketing, advertising, or merchandising.
