Data Analytics Upgrade Announcement (Performance)

As we wind down the year here at Chord, we can’t help but look ahead to what excites us in 2022. One of those milestones will be your new Chord Hub, a central place to see and learn about your data. As a valued beta customer, we look forward to giving you early access to that Hub by end of January.

To move to this new platform, we will be undergoing scheduled upgrades to our data infrastructure from December 20th to January 28th. What this means for you:

• No new reports, fixes, or field modifications will be made during this upgrade period. We encourage you to continue sharing with us your feedback and suggestions, so that we may prioritize new data features for February and beyond.

• You can access all existing reports in Looker during this upgrade period, and will continue to have access to these legacy reports through March.

• You can still create custom reports and dashboards in Looker, which will continue to be available in the new Chord Hub.

• Should you have an urgent need for data not available in those Looker reports, we will provide ad-hoc analysis on a case-by-case basis. Please email your request to help@chord.co.

• See dashboards, FAQs, and access our Helpdesk from one place

• Rigorously tested: validated against 3,000+ tests to maintain accuracy and data integrity

• Powerful Explore capability to see (and export) data your way
