Data Upgrades and Hub Analytics are Here!

We're excited to share that the upgrades to your data infrastructure that took place from December 20th to January 28th are now complete as Autonomy 2.1. Today, we are rolling out these data upgrades and an early preview to our new Chord Hub! You will receive an invite in your email inbox shortly to create your account for the Chord Hub.

What you can expect from the upgrades to your data infrastructure in Autonomy 2.1:

Rigorously tested data validated against 3000+ tests to maintain accuracy and data integrity.

• Improved data models. Please see the full release notes for more detail on these changes.

• Availability of both the upgraded data (Autonomy 2.1) and legacy data (Autonomy 2.0) in Looker until March, at which point we will deprecate the legacy data. Reach out to support any time if you have questions about converting custom reports.

What you can expect from Analytics on the new Chord Hub:

• The Analytics Hub contains all the dashboards you're used to, powered by the latest data upgrades in Autonomy 2.1.

• You can access dashboards, FAQs, and our helpdesk from one place.
