February 2025 Release Highlights - Bot Traffic Defense and more!
Welcome to Chord’s February 2025 release notes! This month, we focused on delivering key enhancements to our core data platform features. Let’s dive in!
Improvements
Bot Traffic Removal: Chord’s data models now remove site bot traffic from session counts. These improvements apply historically, so Chord brands may see decreased traffic numbers due to bot traffic that has now been removed.
Additional Amplification Mappings: We introduced additional mappings for our attribution channel model amplification.
Metric Tiles Infrastructure Update: We updated the underlying technical infrastructure that powers our homepage store metrics. The result of this upgrade is that we now have a more stable and reliable way of providing key metrics for your store.
Chord OMS Order Approval: We now only allow admin-level users to approve orders. Previously, this was unrestricted.
Chord OMS Order Metadata: We now surface any order metadata that Chord Autonomy brands configure directly via the API.
Fixes
Fixed a one-off issue where an order using store credit completed successfully despite the amount of the store credit applied was less than the order total.
