ICYMI: New Features to Unlock Productivity and Collaboration on Chord!

We’re excited to introduce two new features designed to help you collaborate on Chord!

• Publishing and Unpublishing Custom Reports

  • This is available to all Chord customers.

  • You can now publish and share your custom reports with your organization! Once published, your report will be viewable to your organization under the Reports tab on the Analytics homepage. If you shared a report accidentally, you can unpublish your report at any time.

• New Order Admin Role on Chord

  • This role is specifically created for Chord Autonomy customers (brands with Chord OMS in addition to the data & analytics suite).

  • Anyone assigned the Order Admin role on the Chord platform will only have access to the Chord OMS features. These users will not have access to any of our data and analytics features. Note that these users will be able to see store metrics on the homepage, but will not be able to explore or click into these metrics for further analysis.
