January 2025 Release Highlights - New Chord Help Center, Planned Forecasts Amplification, and more!

New Feature Highlights
Enhanced Help & Contact Center: Need help understanding where to find Shared Reports? Have questions about where to go to find Quickstarts? Get answers in an instant with our new Help & Contact Center! Click on the Help button on the top right corner of our platform to get access to walkthrough videos and find documentation. You can also opt to chat with our support team for personalized assistance or troubleshooting through our help center.
New Planned Forecasts Amplification (Available to Chord Performance brands only): Chord Performance brands can now upload their daily planned forecasts of gross and net revenue along with number of orders and number of customers. With this, Chord brands can now track their store performance comparing their forecasts with actuals.

Improvements
Line Items Revenue Metrics (Available to Chord Performance brands only): Revenue metrics such as gross and net revenue, promo total, refund total and fulfillment total were previously only available at the order level. Now, it’s possible to analyze all of them by Line Items, for example, on the Line Items explore.
Revenue to Sessions (Available to Chord Performance brands only): All revenue related measures from Shopify orders are now associated with their respective Sessions to allow users to deep dive into Sessions data with their revenue data. Combined with that users can also build their Sessions funnel by “milestones” such as Product Viewed, Product Clicked, Add-to-cart and checkout started.
Chord OMS Prepaid Installments: We removed tax and shipping costs from prepaid installments in Chord OMS. This removes some unnecessary displays and calculations of installment subscriptions on behalf of brands.
TikTok Shop Integration for Chord OMS: Added support for FedEx Smart Post as a shipping option for TikTok orders.
Fixes
Fixed user roles and permissions for the
Data Admin
role for Chord Autonomy brands. The following permissions were missing and have been added forData Admin
users:Edit Model Amplifications sheets.
Add and edit Data Activations destinations.
Show the "Add New Sync" button on the Data Activations page.
Fixed how the Audiences page loads and behaves for non-admin users who may belong to multiple organizations on the Chord platform.
Fixed an issue where the users would experience a crashed page when attempting to access a broken Data Activations destination.
Fixed an issue where certain pages on the Chord Commerce Data Platform would crash when loaded manually via a specific URL.
