Improvements

Chord AI

Cleaner feedback experience

Copilot now detects if there is positive or negative feedback in your messages in the background. It will no longer have a dedicated reply in your thread potentially blocking a data-related answer.

Faster Copilot history drawer

Opening the Copilot history drawer no longer shows a loading state — threads are preloaded in the background so the drawer pops open instantly. Long thread loads also now show a skeleton state instead of a blank screen.

AI disclaimer footer (Platform + Slack)

Chord Copilot answers in Hub and the Chord AI Slack bot now include a small reminder that Copilot can make mistakes, matching the convention used by other AI assistants. The disclaimer appears under final answers only — clarifying questions and status updates stay clean.

CDP

Environment and direction chips in CDP connections

The Edit Connections table and the Edit Connections drawer's source/destination dropdowns now show the same environment (production / staging), direction (front-end / back-end), and delivery-mode (cloud / device) chips that the All Connections page surfaces. It is now easier to tell apart sources and destinations at a glance when configuring a connection.

Custom function timestamps

The CDP Functions list and edit page now show when each custom function was created and last updated, so you can tell at a glance which functions are stale.

Platform

Cleaner Data Sources browsing

Duplicate data source connector tiles and the "new" / "legacy" labels have been removed from the Data Sources browser, leaving a single canonical tile per source.

Data source connections auto-resume after credential updates

When a data source connection is paused and the customer updates the credentials through Hub's notification flow, the connection now resumes automatically instead of requiring a manual unpause.

Microsoft SSO

Brands are now able to sign into Hub with a Microsoft 365 account. Microsoft is now a supported authentication method for new and existing tenants.

Fixes

  • Copilot Explores no longer fail on multi-word column names. Aliases like "Gross sales" previously produced invalid LookML and could block every Explore generation for a tenant.

  • Copilot LookML generation no longer crashes on non-ASCII characters. Prompts containing characters like , ×, or em-dashes now flow through cleanly.

  • PostHog "Send Anonymous Events" toggle now reflects the real value. A field-name mismatch caused the toggle to always appear off in Hub even when it was on for the customer.

  • Data Activations destination object dropdown loads the full list. The activation sync wizard previously truncated to the first 24 objects, hiding valid options for larger destinations like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Refresh Objects also now surfaces newly-added objects.

  • Audience activation refreshes again after a Custom Audiences source rename. The post-activation audiences refresh job was matching the activation source by an outdated name and silently failing; the lookup is now resilient to naming variations.
