DATE:
AUTHOR: Chord Product Team

As we hit the halfway mark of 2025, our product updates this month reflect our continued focus on delivering a data platform that’s easier to use. June was all about unlocking more value from your data—with less lift.

We rolled out deeper documentation across key features, expanded CDP destinations for smoother downstream activation, and introduced new ways to put audiences to work across your stack. Plus, a powerful update to data settings gives you more control over how your data flows, so you can stay dynamic as your strategy evolves.

Coming soon: our Klaviyo modeling beta will make email and SMS engagement data fully queryable, and new consent category mappings will give you even more precision in managing customer data preferences. Read on for more details!

Coming Soon

  • Klaviyo Data Modeling Explore (Beta) : We’re putting the final touches on new models for opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and more from Klaviyo. These upcoming additions to our Messaging module will make it easier to measure engagement, compare campaign performance, and build lifecycle-aware audiences—all from clean, structured data.

  • Consent Category Mappings : We’re introducing consent category mappings to give you more control and clarity when managing customer data preferences. This upcoming feature allows you to align tracked events with specific consent categories—so you can honor opt-ins and exclusions with greater precision across your stack. These mappings ensure your data practices stay compliant and customer-respectful by design.
