Let waitlist customers know an item is back in stock

Though customers could sign up to be put on a waitlist for an out-of-stock item, no events were triggered when that item came back in stock. 

That changes now :)

Now when an item comes back in stock, Chord creates a new email to send to customers on the waitlist letting them know! 

Important: you can turn this feature on and off in your Store Settings.
