Improvements
Chord Audiences & Activations Improvements: ICYMI, our streamlined audiences and activation flow helps marketers, analysts, and operators identify and activate key audience segments with greater precision. We also improved how often and when an audience segment is synced to our activations modal.

Chord OMS Audit Trail for Gift Card Deactivations: When a gift card is deactivated, we’ll also record the name of the brand user who deactivates the gift card to keep a valid audit trail.
Chord OMS API Update: Brands can now include shipments under the
Create Order
endpoint payload within the Chord OMS API.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where some users experienced incorrect reports being shown when clicking on specific reports under the "Shared Reports" dropdown on our Analytics page.
Fixed an issue for brands using embedded checkout where if a checkout session was initialized using invalid URLs, the checkout would crash. We now display error messages for better diagnostics.
Fixed an issue where the Chord OMS would crash if a brand user was adding a product through the Chord OMS instead of adding the product via the CMS.
