Announcing some big wins for Chord brands this May: detailed insights and even more ways to interact with your data. We’ve dialed up the power so you can move faster, target smarter, and make every campaign count. Let’s go!

New Feature Highlights

  • New Ads Module: Bing Ads Modeling

    • We've added Bing Ads data source and modeling to our existing Ads Module! For customers who upload and populate Bing Ads spend data within our Advertising Spend model amplification will be able to unlock insights from the new Bing Ads data source.

  • New CDP Destinations: We now have TikTok Pixel, Bing Ads, and Google Ads destination connections available in our destinations catalog.

  • New Explore Dimensions for Chord Autonomy Customers: Chord Autonomy customers can now take advantage of the following new dimensions when building reports via Explores:

    • Orders Explore: Days Since Last Order. This will unlock analyses like the time between the 1st and 2nd purchase.

    • Sessions Explore: Customer Type and Visitor Type. Now you can view sessions by prospective, new, and repeat customers, or new and repeat visitors.

Improvements

  • New and Improved Marketing Attribution Explores: We have added two new marketing Explores for Chord customers: Order Attribution and User Attribution. You can now analyze attribution on either the user or order level and, with either level, across first, last, linear, and forty-twenty-fourty methodologies.

    • See below for new dimensions and fields that Chord brands can leverage for more detailed marketing attribution reporting!

  • We improved the data input feedback component within our model amplifications feature. With these updates, model amplification users will now experience better validation errors when data is first added to an amplification and will be able to dismiss the error and information banners.

Fixes

  • Fixed a validation bug within our model amplifications feature that allowed users to save invalid values.

  • Fixed the number validation within fields upon CSV upload for model amplifications.
