New Autonomy Dashboards
Log into Looker to see your new dashboards!
When we launched Chord in early 2021, we included a first iteration of our dashboards, with insights that we knew to be key to conducting successful e-commerce.
Since then, we’ve accumulated feedback from our growing client base, allowing us to refine the story we want to tell through metrics and insights. We’ve learned that most brands face the same business questions at different stages of their growth. We know what those questions are, and we wanted to provide you with answers as soon as needed, with our dashboards that will help answer those business questions.
We also wanted to re-shape our reporting narrative to make it even more intuitive.
With that in mind, we’re thrilled to release the new Autonomy dashboards, a set of reports that leverage the best of our data models to cover 7 key aspects of an e-commerce business:
New Feature: Better Time Filters
All new dashboards have flexible time filters, allowing for a precise and customizable view of business events.
The Same Powerful Data in the Background
This feature release will not affect custom dashboards saved into your personal Looker folders. The powerful data models that are powering the new dashboards remain unchanged. As before, you will continue to be able to leverage the “Explore” function.
Breaking Changes: Deprecation of Legacy Dashboards
All of our legacy dashboards and looks will be removed from your instance by November 1st, 2021.
If you had pre-scheduled reports or alerts running on any of our pre-built dashboards, the deprecation will cause the reports and alerts to fail as of November 1st. The dashboard deprecation will not affect reports and alerts that run on copies of the pre-built dashboards.
We’re confident that our new generation of dashboards will improve data accessibility and simplify your reporting needs. We’re happy to support you in the transition by answering any questions you may have.
