Coming Soon

Experience Truly Context-Aware AI with Chord’s AI Clarification Engine

Introducing our upcoming AI Clarification Engine, a major upgrade to Copilot that ensures you get more accurate, brand-specific answers every time you ask a question. By automatically interpreting your brand’s unique context - your tables, models, naming conventions, and instructions - Chord AI Copilot can now generate cleaner insights, reduce misunderstandings, and guide you with far more precision.

As this feature rolls out, we’d greatly value your feedback on how it performs for your team.

Turn Abandoned Sessions Into Wins with the Products Abandoned Explore

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new Explore designed to help you understand—and recover—your highest-value abandoned sessions. The Products Abandoned Explore will be available to all Chord brands with analytics access and provides a real-time look at user behavior from the last 72 hours.

This new Explore includes:

  • Rich session activity insights including products viewed, added to cart, checkout starts, and orders completed

  • Automatically ranked product lists showing each user’s top viewed and top added items

  • Clear user identification with email, anonymous ID, and CDP User ID

  • Backend OMS validation for accurate and up-to-date order status visibility

The Explore also unlocks three high-intent abandonment audiences you can target instantly:

  • Browse Abandonment

  • Cart Abandonment

  • Checkout Abandonment

These audiences give your team more ways to activate high-intent shoppers across email, SMS, and paid channels.

More details coming soon—stay tuned! In the meantime, check out our documentation for this new Explore here.

New Features

Chord CDP Data Deletion Requests

Team Admins can now view, submit, and track customer data deletion requests from a dedicated interface within Chord. This gives teams clearer visibility into request status and processing history without relying on engineering support.

BigQuery CDP Destination

Chord now supports BigQuery as a Chord CDP destination. This helps data and analytics teams centralize customer intelligence, build custom models, and power downstream BI tools with up-to-date profile data.
