This release is all about Chord AI. Chord AI can now build audiences straight from a conversation, name them for you, and pick up right where you left off.

New features

Create audiences straight from a Chord AI conversation

You can now ask Chord AI to turn an answer into an audience. Brand users can create audiences via the “Create Analytics View” button or simply replying to the Chord AI’s chat inline in the conversation (”Save as an audience”). It's the fastest path yet from a question to a usable audience.

Improvements

Chord AI

A better starting point in Chord AI

The Chord AI landing screen now leads with sharper, ready-to-ask suggested questions so there's less staring at a blank page.

Audiences that name themselves

When you turn a Chord AI chat answer into an audience, the name field now prefills with a concise, AI-generated title drawn from the whole conversation, instead of a rough copy of your question.

Audience shortcuts that stick to your answers

After you create an audience from an answer, the links to view it in Analytics and Shared Audiences now stay on that answer even after you close the dialog or reload, and the action flips to a "View" shortcut once the audience exists.

Search and sort your Custom Explores

The Copilot Explores tab now lists your custom explores newest-first and includes a search box to filter by name or description as you type, which is much quicker to find a saved audience in a growing list.

Recovered errors no longer look like failures

When Chord AI hits a query error, fixes it, and still lands on the right answer, that step now shows as an amber caution rather than an alarming red failure, so a successful answer no longer looks broken.

Shared Chord AI links open for your whole team

A Chord AI conversation shared via "Copy link" can now be opened by any teammate on your account, not just the person who created it.

Chord CDP

More Microsoft Advertising configuration options

The Microsoft (Bing) conversions destination now exposes a Website URL fallback and per-event mapping options, so server-side conversion events are accepted and matched to the right conversion goal.

Fixes

  • Copilot Explores that have been deleted or reached via an old link now show a clear "no longer available" message instead of quietly falling back to the grid, and stale "View in Analytics" shortcuts on older answers are disabled.

  • Chord AI answers now flag when an audience's underlying explore has since been removed, so shortcuts don't dangle.

  • Creating a Chord AI audience with a name that's already in use is now rejected with a prompt, instead of silently replacing the existing one.

  • Fixed an immediate error when adding an Amazon Selling Partner source; the connection form now collects the required merchant ID.
