Improvements
Cleaner tables in Ask Chord answers
Tables in Ask Chord answers now use the same visual treatment as tables everywhere else in Hub, instead of a heavier boxed grid.
Faster sign-in
Every login was taking a detour through the invitation screen before reaching the app, which produced a blank screen followed by a spinner on every sign-in. That detour is gone. The login page also no longer shifts position a moment after it loads.
NetSuite credentials validated on save
When you save NetSuite credentials, Chord now runs a test query against your account to confirm access. If something isn't set up correctly, you'll see a specific reason and how to fix it.
Credentials masked on CDP destination forms
API keys and access tokens are now masked on screen for these server-side CDP destinations: Algolia, Attentive, Braze, Delighted, HubSpot, Intercom, Iterable, June, Klaviyo, Northbeam, and Segment.
Client-side destinations are unchanged. Their keys are designed to be public, since they load in the browser.
Fixes
Creating an audience from an Ask Chord answer failed whenever a result column name collided with a generated field name (ex. a field named
count, for example). This has now been fixed.Ask Chord queries failed outright when a result contained a timestamp stored without fractional seconds. A single unreadable value discarded the entire result rather than just that cell.
The Help & Getting Started modal showed a fetch error instead of help content across Data Sources, Data Activations, CDP, Analytics, Audiences, Model Amplifications, and AI Context. It now links to the documentation directly.
