As the crisp autumn air ushers in a season of gratitude and growth, we're excited to share the latest updates from Chord! This month, we've orchestrated new enhancements designed to make your data work smarter and your workflows feel effortless. New Feature Highlights

• Shared Folders and Pinning Reports: We recently launched the ability for admin-level users to pin reports as key reports as well as introducing a shared folder for users to easily share and see all shared reports across their organization. See the announcement here!

• Dynamic Shipping via Stripe Checkout: Stripe's Dynamic Shipping (Beta) feature is now available for Chord Autonomy customers who also have Stripe's embedded checkout enabled. Note that using Stripe's embedded checkout is a strict requirement to utilizing its dynamic shipping capabilities. Additional information about this beta feature can be found in our documentation guide.

  • Note: Since this feature requires additional set-up steps - enabling embedded checkout as well as configuring accurate shipping zones - and is also in a beta release, Chord Autonomy brands should thoroughly test this feature in a test environment to ensure feature functionality prior to launching.

• New User Role for Chord Autonomy Brands: Chord Autonomy brands can now assign certain users as Data Admins on the platform. These users will only be able to interact with the Chord Commerce data platform; as such, they will not be able to view or manage orders in Chord OMS.

Improvements

• We made an update to the gift card redemption flow for Chord Autonomy customers. We now allow customers to redeem gift cards at checkout. Documentation is forthcoming!

• We released a new order attribution explore for Chord Autonomy brands, which includes expanded functionality to include user and order attribution.

Fixes

• We fixed an issue where some Chord OMS customers experienced certain orders moving from an order completed state into previous states, like delivery or payment.

• We fixed an issue with the item weight shipping calculator. We now calculate the shipping price based on all the items in a cart rather than just one single item for brands that utilize the item weight shipping method.

• We fixed the definition of Unique Returning Customer for Chord Performance brands. It is now based on create orders instead of completed orders.
